New Offices

•$4,500 ICL Wire – within first 12 weeks

Overall Program

•$4,500 ICL Wire / Week is the Minimum Standard*
If the office isn’t meeting these standards 6 weeks in a row there will be a performance call with CM and Consultant to discuss a 6 week plan to turn things around.

*After performance call Owner has 6 weeks to hit standards for at least one of those week

*Only 3 performance plans allowed

National Standards for Promoting Out

• LEADERSHIP = $700 in rep profit

• ASSISTANT MANAGEMENT = 4 FIRST GEN LEADERS; 10 PEOPLE ON THEIR TEAM; $4,600 IN PRODUCTION AFTER CANCELS

• MANAGEMENT – 17+ SELLING; 10+ IN BLUE/GREEN FOR 2 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS; 12K WIRE FOR 2 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS
